Silverius Cuttleberry was the hat maker for all the fairies in the orchard as well as those in the next three counties. He was so busy making hats for all the fair folk, both grown and wee, that he never had time to make one for himself. His proudest possession were the scissors that were handed down from father to son, generation after generation. He kept them in a special scabbard so that he'd never be without them.

Media: Mechanical pencil sketch on tracing paper, Photoshop warm filter to give it a sepia look. This is my first time drawing a male figure. Hopefully he looks masculine enough. I'm chomping at the bit to give this illo a nice painting in Photoshop. That'll come up next.
Oh I love this one!!! Just love it! HE is expressive and delightful. Cannot wait to see him in color. Your art cheers me so.

I really like reading about the fairies that Lemondrop meets and the adventures that she embarks on. I just wanted to say way to go!
